Greets and engages each and every athlete within eyesight. Builds relationships with athletes through greeting, asking open ended questions, recommending product, following up and thanking/inviting back. Supports a sales and service environment by connecting with multiple athletes

Displays Service and Selling standards in alignment with company’s expectations. Displays product knowledge by offering recommendations that benefit / align with the athlete’s wants and needs that makes the athlete feel understood

Meets the athlete in their shopping journey, builds trust and value by creating a tailored and unparalleled experience that makes the athlete feel appreciated. Creates a tailored consultative experience to provide unparalleled customer service, adapting sales style appropriately. Pulls from personal experiences to recommend product that makes the athlete feel confident

Provides exceptional fitting room service by opening door, ensure fitting room is clean, checking in and offering additional recommendations that makes that athlete feel appreciated. Fully outfits athletes from head to toe with appropriate apparel and recommends footwear / other product to make them feel excited. Assists in educating other teammates by sharing new product info, conducting fit session, learning key items and understanding new technology.

Assists in recovery of the apparel department including straightening, folding, fitting room & front end go backs

Assists the Apparel Sales Prep Team and Apparel Merchandiser as needed / directed

Prioritizes coaching and developing oneself and others; provides hands-on coaching and teaches the “why” behind tasks, plans, and processes (e.g., NSPP, Scorecards, LP, etc.).

Leads by example to support the vision of the organization and store by helping teammates understand how their responsibilities directly align to the common purpose, organizational goals, and delivering a hassle-free shopping experience.

Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates & athletes) feels welcome and safe and is treated with respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

No experience required, prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $18 - $26. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. We also offer a generous suite of benefits.
