Description:
Full Time or Contract.
Responsibilities:-
· Manage Appian server installations
- Appian installation, configuration, hotfix, and version upgrades
- Install plug-ins and manage migration of packages across instances
· Monitor and maintain server performance and uptime
- Setting up Monitors for URLs, Log files, CPU, utilization Memory
- Implement Enhancements tasks such as SSO, Disaster Recovery, JBoss Cluster
- Execute periodic scheduled maintenance activities and tracking
- Preparing batch scripts for engine check, data backup and restore
- Conduct triage of major incidents resulting in system outages
· Plan and manage/support Disaster Response activities
· Provide support for Appian operations
- Resolve assigned support tickets per SLA
- Defect verification with full documentation of replication environment and workflow
- Deploy/debug Appian packages and patches on all portals
· Manage business/operational stakeholder communications
- Track resource scheduling & coverage, SLA compliance
Experience:
· Strong hands-on experience on Appian BPM tool installation, configuration, version up-grades
· Strong understanding on client-server side architecture,
· Strong experience with various Operating System such as Windows/RH Linux and Web servers, File servers, Database servers
· Strong knowledge on troubleshooting, log analysis skills and resolving issues within SLA. Hands on experience of Ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Kayako, JIRA is desirable
· Strong experience with Server management and maintenance activities:
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
- Good knowledge on Batch and Shell scripting
- Manage server backup and restoration activities
- Experience on Application and Patch deployment using Ant, Jenkins
Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO
Should be able to quickly understand the workflow of day to day activities. Documentation and reporting of major activities.
· Should be able to understand Complex Network environment and ability to work under pressure
