As part of the Sales Training team, we focus on enabling sales teams, internal or external, to deliver the best possible Apple customer experience and ensure that our customers learn to love our products, services and people wherever they come in contact with them. Our focus lies on moving people instead of numbers and while doing so, we enable the sales teams to drive the numbers. At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s business through partnerships with our business channel resellers, partners and carriers. We develop programs and strategies that transform the way people work. To realize this goal, we establish relationships, build and develop partner capabilities as well as programs—at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.DescriptionDescriptionNo matter the audience, you are an expert at presenting and you’re cool under pressure. When challenged with complex questions, you share your deep knowledge of how our hardware, software and services integrate to offer a seamless customer experience. You are comfortable speaking to large groups, physically or virtually, and know how to activate participants to drive interactive workshops. Aside from physical workshops, the role will mainly cover all aspects of digital training delivery in live and pre-recorded formats. You feel confident in front and behind a camera and have experience in video production workflows using Final Cut Pro. You love a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate and empower your teammates to do their life’s best work by sharing your knowledge and experience while bringing the openness to learn from others. You will be in multiple roles within a video production and you are confident to give and receive directions according to your current role. We don’t cut corners, in products or in business. We are a team with functions across the DACH region and while the majority of our work will be performed in the Apple Digital Studio in Munich, you are able and willing to travel internationally when needed.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsProficiency in delivering training in various instructor-led training formats, including virtual, face-to-face, and video.Extraordinary facilitation skills in order to make training sessions interactive and engaging.Comfortable performing in front of a camera, inside and outside of a studio environment.Excellent understanding of Apple products, solutions and markets in a consumer sales environment is mandatory.Outstanding presentation through written & verbal communication skills, in order to bring the training target right to the point.Great understanding of training strategy and instructional design.
