In this role, you will: - Explore key reasons behind customer engagement and non-engagement with our services, identifying barriers that may prevent full utilization. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive churn analysis, gaining insights into what drives customer retention and attrition. - Work on analyses, which may lead to strategic recommendations aimed at boosting critical performance metrics, such as increasing iCloud attachment and payment success rates.
