Join our team as an Appliance Mechanic, where you will handle corrective and preventive maintenance for all appliances in residential apartments and laundry rooms, as well as ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial. Your work will ensure residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $24.00 - $28.00 hourly

How you will make an impact

Perform necessary maintenance of all appliances contained in residential apartments and laundry roomsPerform necessary maintenance of Health Care laundry equipmentPerform necessary maintenance of all ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercialRespond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures

What you will need

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenanceWill be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessaryBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 poundsMust possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
