The Appliance Supervisor is a dynamic leader responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring the appliance team to achieve excellence. Oversees and executes essential technical services, both on-site and in the field, to meet and exceed customer expectations. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Highlights of your role Expertly handle the installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of company products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Efficiently manage and maintain an accurate inventory of products and parts, utilizing a diverse array of tools to perform tasks effectively and safely.Adhere to organizational guidelines and instructions meticulously, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols.Diligently document and maintain comprehensive service and maintenance records, particularly for warranty repairs, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Coordinate and oversee scheduling for both customers and employees, optimizing workflow and ensuring timely service delivery. Compensation $30.00 - $37.00 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
