Do you have a lot of experience working as a Yardi Voyager Administrator? Do you want to work for one of the largest companies worldwide using the platform as a key member of the Commercial Product Team? **Your main responsibilities will be:** + Act as a subject matter expert of the Yardi Voyager Core, International and Commercial modules, and the database structure + Work together with the Business Analysts to ensure successful onboarding of new investment and users, or implementation of new functionality + Provide expert knowledge during system upgrades and other improvements + Deliver 3rd line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms using the in-house ticketing system + Prioritize and analyze received tickets + Understand and resolve complex issues raised by users + Participate in the change process by being a Change Manager + Liaise with internal and third-party service and software providers + Train and guide in-house 1st level support team members and end users + Participate in Yardi user groups **What are we looking for?** + Relevant university or college degree + Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager (5 years minimum) – preferably in Property Management & Accounting in Europe.
