Kforce has a client that is seeking a Commercial Banking Application Analyst in Chicago, IL. Our focus is diverting to Treasury/Commercial Center resource so it would be good if someone has -Fiserv- Commercial center experience. Duties Include: * Working incoming requests for assistance from the Line of Business, reviewing information submitted by the line of business and determining if any additional information is necessary to log the case into the company's case management system * Commercial Banking Application Analyst will assist in building system documentation for IT support team * Troubleshooting issues logged by recreating the issue in the test environment * Assist in the testing of upcoming releases of the Commercial Online Banking application * As a Commercial Banking Application Analyst, you will serve as a backup to questions/issues with the Commercial Online Banking billing program * Escalate issues to supervisors as needed * Work with the rest of the TM IT team to update support materials and processes
