The Nutrition Application Analyst will support our System wide Facility operations teams. This person will be a key player in our goal to deliver safe, effective and timely services to our patients and customers. This small and resourceful team is looking for a dynamic analyst that is ready to contribute to the goals of existing and upcoming projects. This position will work closely with leadership to support our end users at all our hospitals and cafes in automating and standardizing food service workflows using the CBORD software technology.
The ideal candidate will work independently to understand Food Service operations and enjoys being detail orientated to build and implement technical solutions for our end users. They will be an integral part of designing, building and testing system configuration. They will also maintain databases and create reports while maintaining data integrity and will conduct quality reviews of the system build. Providing training to our teams across the enterprise.
*Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:*
* Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organizational and project management skills.
* Business acumen in a Food Service and Nutrition areas.
*Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition
* RDN, DSS and/or CDM certification.
* Previous experience using Food Service software systems.
* Previous experience with Nutrition Informatics software.
* Leadership experience.
* Proven track record of successful implementation of projects and/or technical activities.
