Job Description
Renesas’ Systems & Solutions Team (SST) Marketing team is looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, strong communicator to drive messaging, positioning, and marketing of embedded solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for Application and Solution Marketing for Renesas’ System Solutions. This includes driving specific end applications to identify key customers, build collateral to promote the wholistic Renesas solution offering, support lead customer engagements, and translate the messaging to Renesas.com to evangelize the solution for the masses.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with different cross-functional, global, teams to ensure alignment for a common goalIdentify key segments, target customers globally, TAM/SAM and product fit analysis Develop marketing collateral and pitch packs for the target application segments that leverage our full Renesas portfolio including – Solution 1-pagers, feature/benefit messaging, customer presentations, etc.Engage with sales teams to validate and collect customer feedbackWork to evangelize our solutions and take to the masses via the webTranslate customer problem statements and solutions into compelling technical blogs, videos, and training webinars, etc.Prepare and present quarterly insights based on sales opportunity dataQualifications
Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent0.5 and up to 3 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry or technology field (experienced college grad level role)Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a drive to winExcellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentCapability to work in cross-functional and global teamsAbility to learn and use new tools for program management such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Excel, etc.
Additional Information
This role is considered fully remote with in the United States. The expected annual base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 - $105,000. This position is also eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
