Application Architect Process Management (BPM)

**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect – Process Management (BPM) role for our client in Denver, CO.**
**Location:** Denver, CO
**Duration:** 6 months
**Hourly Rate** - S70.00-80.00/hr
**Duties:**
+ Design and implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to optimize workflows and automate business processes.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, articulate BPM solution requirements, and align with AI/ML-driven initiatives.
+ Lead the development and architecture of BPM applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
+ Manage product backlogs and deliver value-driven, prioritized enhancements through paired development with engineers and data scientists.
+ Oversee the AI initiative pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with BPM solutions.
+ Monitor performance metrics, including code quality and deployment efficiency, to drive continuous improvements.
+ Communicate effectively with technical and business teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on BPM strategy and implementation.
**Skills:**
+ Strong experience with BPM platforms (e.g., Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM, Appian).
+ Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies, including paired programming principles.
+ Proficiency in AI/ML-driven process automation and data-driven decision-making.
+ Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
+ Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize process efficiencies.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation in BPM solutions.
**Experience:**
+ 7+ years in product management, with a focus on data-driven/AI/ML solutions and process automation.
+ Proven track record in architecting and deploying BPM solutions in an enterprise environment.
+ Experience in managing AI-enhanced workflows and automation initiatives.
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ Advanced certifications in BPM platforms or Agile methodologies are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
