Zurich North America is currently hiring an Application Delivery Manager I and this person will work in a hybrid schedule out of our Schaumburg North America HQ. This person will report within the Chief Data Office.
Responsibilities:
+ Prioritization of data and reporting requests from the business stakeholders.
+ Work directly with business stakeholders on production issues.
+ Manage applications delivery, maintenance, and production.
+ Manage code conflict within projects.
+ Scrum/Kanban Master responsibilities through facilitation and servant leadership of Scrum/Kanban team resources to execute and complete team commitments.
+ Manage vendor onshore and offshore resources.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the IT area OR
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the IT area OR
+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the IT area AND
+ 4 or more years maintaining IT hardware and software.
+ Experience with IT architecture and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Data management and data interrogation.
+ Experience with SQL Server or another relational database.
+ Strong SQL querying experience.
+ Knowledge of ETL processes.
+ Experience working in agile methodology.
+ Experience working in the insurance industry.
+ Ability to communicate technical to business stakeholders.
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary rangefor this position is $106,000.00 – $173,500.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
