Application Designer
Job Title: Application DesignerJob Description Join our team as an Application Designer, where you will be instrumental in supporting the design, documentation, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules and interfaces for Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems. With three total openings available, this is your chance to leverage your expertise in Army HR, pay, and financial business processes as an Army Data Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will play a critical role in backlog refinement sessions with the product development team to define, refine, and estimate work items. This position requires a proactive approach to collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure that customer needs are met. Hard Skills + 10+ years experience in Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems + Deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes + Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules and interfaces + Must obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date Soft Skills + Ability to work collaboratively + Proactive in meeting customer needs + Effective in backlog refinement sessions Job Type This is a permanent position.
