Job Title: Application Designer
Job Description

Join our team as an Application Designer, where you will be instrumental in supporting the design, documentation, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules and interfaces for Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems. With three total openings available, this is your chance to leverage your expertise in Army HR, pay, and financial business processes as an Army Data Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will play a critical role in backlog refinement sessions with the product development team to define, refine, and estimate work items. This position requires a proactive approach to collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure that customer needs are met.
