HM Health Solutions Inc. seeks an Application Developer in Wilmington, DE to be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing application enhancements with no supervision.

Must have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.  Alternate requirement: bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Must have two (2) years of experience (can be concurrent) with: (i) COBOL; (ii) DB2; (iii) JCL; (iv) CICS; (v) Teradata Databases; and (vi) MQ Series.
