**Koniag Data Solutions, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Application Developer with a Secret Security clearance to support **KDS** and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
+ Responsible for maintaining the EPMS application including the database, business intelligence, visualization and web components associated with the EPMS application and related tools and interfaces.
+ Resolves issues that prevent the EPMS dashboard from being available to its users.
+ Defines, tracks and reports on the availability and efficiency of the dashboard and related tools.
+ Implements enhancements to the EPMS application and PSA Management dashboard based on requirements from WHS and WHS customers, working groups and leadership.
+ Recommends, designs, develops, integrates and implements new enhancements, performance management tools and applications.
+ Coordinates and facilitates data acquisition via interfaces from source applications, when possible and based on the priorities of the existing tasks.
Provides the development and enhancements to include the following actions:
+ Gathering, documenting and tracking requirements.
+ Designing, coding, integrating program code and data stores and interfaces.
+ Performing unit and system testing for all modifications and user acceptance test of major software releases to ensure appropriate functionality, access, calculations and display and documenting system changes.
+ Installs, implements, configures and maintains data stores and repositories required to gather, analyze and present performance data.
+ Installs, configures and implements appropriate web sites, business intelligence sites and databases to support each user community (e.g. WHS, WHS Customers).
+ Produces and maintains system documentation sufficient to explain the system and to provide a smooth transition back to the government or to the next Contractor. This includes, but is not limited to Concept of Operation, System Specifications, Data Dictionaries, System Design and implementation documents.
+ Produces user guides and learning aids to support the use of the dashboards.
+ Performs all tasks required to ensure the application is secure and to obtain accreditation and an Authorization to Operate (ATO).
+ Develops a plan for each major enhancement that reflects the milestones and resources related to that enhancement.
+ Produces business case documents to describe and justify all major enhancements.
+ Produces and provides a report each month reflecting the hours, by labor category, spent on each major enhancement.
