Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO NetDev Developer to act as general-purpose CNO reverse engineer for network based devices for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts, operator, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support.

Responsibilities:Augment existing toolsetsDerive, document, and analyze requirementsBuild prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirementsProduce end toolsets that can operate within mission constraintsRequirements:6 yrs., B.S. in technical discipline or 4 yrs. w/M.S., 4 yrs/ of additional SWE experience may be substituted for bachelor's degreeTS/SCI Clearance with polygraphFamiliar with Unix based systemsExperience with reverse engineering Linux based network devicesIn-depth understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and analysis of network traffic (e.g., Wireshark)Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python/AssemblyProvide support for fielded software systemsFamiliarity with Git and SubversionAtlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)Nice to Haves:Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applicationsExperience with reverse engineering windows or embedded platforms (RTOS)Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, RustExperience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applicationsExperience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development.Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
