Application Developer Hybrid Cloud Manage
**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer Hybrid Cloud Manage position for our client in Newark, NJ.** **Location:** Newark, NJ **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Develop, manage, and maintain hybrid cloud applications, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise and cloud-based systems. + Design, implement, and support advanced IVR applications utilizing industry-leading technologies. + Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars to enhance IVR capabilities. + Implement third-party integrations, including AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Google CCAI. + Ensure effective communication between telephony systems and other computer systems using web services, APIs, and cross-system communication protocols (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST). + Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and optimize cloud-based application performance. + Maintain compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud-based environments. **Skills:** + Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems. + Strong expertise in speech recognition system development and management. + Proficiency in integrating cloud-based AI and automation tools such as AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Google CCAI. + Extensive experience with web services, API integrations, and communication protocols (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST). + Object-oriented programming experience, with the ability to design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance. + Experience working in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premise systems. **Experience:** + Proven experience in application development, specifically in hybrid cloud environments. + Hands-on experience in IVR application development and speech recognition system implementation. + Experience integrating third-party applications and AI-based cloud services. + Prior experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and telephony system integration. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
