CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer SAS Programs position for our client in Atlanta, GA. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 9 months Duties: Develop, test, and maintain SAS programs for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Utilize SAS Enterprise Studio and ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. Analyze and document SAS program reports to understand existing data models, sources, attributes, and reporting logic. Convert existing SAS programs into Business Mapping Documents for process documentation and optimization. Utilize SQL to query relational databases, including DB2, MS SQL Server, and others. Collaborate with business analysts, development leads, researchers, and technical staff to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Skills: Hands-on experience with SAS tools deployed on SAS products. Proficiency in SAS programming for data analysis and manipulation. Strong expertise in SQL for querying and data extraction. Experience with relational databases such as DB2, MS SQL Server, etc. Knowledge of analytic programming and data analysis techniques. Experience with SAS Enterprise Studio and ETL workflow development. Ability to translate complex SAS programs into well-documented business mapping documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: Proven experience in SAS programming, data extraction, and analysis. Experience working with large datasets and database management systems. Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain SAS-based solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
