Key Responsibilities
Expected to have deep understanding of business needs and how to address those needs with effective IT solutions,
Provide analytical and technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, development and implementation of business applications,
Collaborate with customers, staff members, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to define detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present viable solution options,
Collaborate on translating business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for systems / application development,
Follow architectural standards and established methodologies and practices when developing business applications,
Create, modify, and test (unit tests) programming code,
Web applications development, from “kick off” phase, implementation and production deployment.
Qualifications
0-2 years of IT or a related discipline experience
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
Ability to understand application design and prioritize projects.
Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet customer service expectations.
Effective team player.
Independent, flexible, and detail-oriented with a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks without face-to-face interaction with colleagues and managers.
Familiarity with the Agile development methodology.
Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, T-SQL, Azure and GIT.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in written and spoken Polish.
