Lunaphore is now part of the Spatial Biology Division of Bio-Techne. Lunaphore provides solutions based on a groundbreaking chip technology that can extract spatial proteomic and transcriptomic data from tumors and other tissues, transforming any assay into multiplex spatial biology with an intuitive approach.
To support our future growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team!
**Your Missions**
Reporting directly to the Application Development Manager – Transcriptomics, you will work on optimizing spatial transcriptomics and proteomics assays on tissue samples using in-house developed microfluidic tools.
+ Investigate, develop or improve novel & innovative solutions for spatial-omics assays on Lunaphore’s microfluidic platforms.
+ Develop a fine understanding of in situ protein and RNA detection methodologies.
+ Explore and understand the biological background of the target markers under development
+ Contribute to products continuous improvement.
+ Image acquisition and processing, data analysis and reporting of results.
+ Interact with multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers and researchers
**Qualifications**
+ B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
+ Hands-on experience in spatial proteomics assays for analysis of histological samples (IHC, IF etc.)
+ Hands-on experience in spatial transcriptomics (in situ hybridization, in situ sequencing, or similar techniques)
+ Experience in fluorescence microscopy.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and image processing.
+ You demonstrate critical thinking, good organizational skills, and attention to details
+ Dynamic, enthusiast and organized individual, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ A real team player, you are also comfortable working independently.
+ Fluency in English is a must. French is a strong plus.
