\nUse your broad subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nAssists with technical application of Sales opportunities.\nPositions and presents information of company product offerings\nBuilds technical relationships with new or existing customers\nDevelops and delivers product presentations and demonstrations\nDevelops and delivers technical application notes and MOP (Method of Procedure)\nDevelops SOW (Scope of Work) procedures and documents\nReview Engineering Technical Datasheets, Manuals and application notes for accuracy\nOffers subject expertise at internal and external customer facing events\nSupports Sales Team by responding to customer’s request for information (RFI) through providing datasheets, manuals, technical data, etc.\nSupports Sales Team by responding to Request For Proposal (RFP) or Request For Quote (RFQ) from customers by generating system diagrams and Bill of Materials (BOMs)\nPerform cross departmental communications (liaison) to expedite customer solutions\nGenerate iBwave system designs, link budgets, coverage maps and equipment BOM\nDevelop system link budgets\nProvide weekly updates on special projects.\nHandle special assignments to support projects.\nCollaborates with Sales to culminate opportunities into a Sale Engage in customer-facing activities.\n\n\n
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $86,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\n2+ years of industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nStrong technical background in Fire Alarm products - Notifier or Gamewell FCI.\n\n
