Application Engineer
Role Overview:
JSG is looking for a dedicated Application Engineer for our client to provide outstanding technical support and work closely with customers on integrating and optimizing our AI in-memory computing products, software, and SDKs. This role involves troubleshooting, training, and facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and product success.
Key Responsibilities: Offer expert technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to our AI in-memory computing products, software, and SDKs. Work with customers to ensure the seamless integration of our software solutions into their systems, optimizing performance and functionality. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals and FAQs, to guide customers in using our products effectively. Serve as a liaison between customers and product development, relaying feedback, feature requests, and suggestions for improvements. Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI in-memory computing, staying informed about product updates, industry trends, and new enhancements. Provide customer training on product usage and best practices, helping them get the most out of our solutions. Support the Business Development team during pre-sales activities, including demos, presentations, and customer consultations. Build long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring they receive ongoing support, updates, and assistance. Advise customers on optimizing their applications using our solutions to achieve peak performance. Track software bugs or issues and work with development teams to ensure timely fixes and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering and Product Management, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a PhD. Experience designing and developing software applications. Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify software issues and optimize code. Comfortable working in a startup environment, with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. Proven ability to provide technical leadership to team members. Sales or marketing experience is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience with memory blocks, such as sense amplifiers, charge pumps, read/write assist circuits, PVT trackers, or power gating. Familiarity with memory controllers and interfaces. Experience with emerging non-volatile memory technologies.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $300,000/year (DOE)
