YOUR ROLE Lead lab projects to support sales and qualification of products Manage the various projects coming in, help to prioritize them and ensure they are completed within the expected time frame Analyze analytical and mechanical data and interpret the results to internal/external customers Training of lab technicians and upskilling them Provide peer review of technician's technical reports and sign off before submitting to internal/external customers Participate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personnel, marketing, sales) and internal presentations Apply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective field Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan for product performance complaints or nonconforming materials YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or similar field 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Aerospace-related field Proven experience with Project Management and training others Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Technical Report Writing Understanding of safe lab practices Benchtop lab work proficiency Understanding of Analytical and Mechanical test resultsThe salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
