Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience + 12 years of experience working with SAP ERP implementation, SAP S/4 HANA development including Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in Computer Science, or in a related technical field. + Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/BTP solutions. + Experience with Agile development methodologies. + Experience with SAP RISE implementation. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Foster partnerships with business teams to ensure solutions meet their requirements. + Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Provide opportunities for professional development and growth for team members. Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations.
