THE ROLE
The Application Management Associate role is:
Provide on-going payroll system technical support;Tickets trend analysis and provide solutions.Participate in change analysis, change solution design and execution;RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ongoing payroll system technical support and trouble shootingIdentify payroll system tickets category and solve them.Assist to provide technical solution accordingly to client’s change requestImplement minor change request raised from operation team.Lead and manage client’s expectationREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree, majored in computer science or related; Good knowledge in SAP HCM module; At least 3 full year experience in SAP payroll project implementation or supporting SAP HR system; Good English &Japanese on both oral and written, excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent issue shooting ability. Could support client/Operation team to define issue root cause. Self-motivated with ability to successfully work in high pressure; Ability to priorities tasks and time management skills; Ability to handle conflicts and negotiate a mutually acceptable solution across internal teams.Preferred Experience:
Experience on SAP HR system payroll module is plus,3-5 years or above is preferredExperience on maintenance or implementation of time module independently ABAP knowledge. Ability to Debug and understand underlying logic. Writing code will be plus.We offer you:
