Your mission will be…
Coordinate Application Delivery and supervise and report on service performance metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, and operational costs.Support the development of strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for service providers, coordinating efforts to align services with business needs.Build positive relationships with IT business units, stakeholders, and providers to ensure alignment with interpersonal goals.Facilitate cross-department communication to address challenges and implement solutions.Ensure applications operate optimally, securely, and efficiently by coordinating their lifecycle from deployment to retirement.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.Proactively analyze application usage trends and implement enhancements to improve functionality and performance.Establish best practices for application management, integrating automation where possible.Regularly evaluate processes to identify and implement improvements for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance application resilience.Maintain and update the status of the application on the respective compliance tools, documenting risks, measures and defining mitigation strategies.Participate and create the risk assessments and protection risk analyses to proactively address vulnerabilities.Ensure alignment to regulatory standards and organizational policies, particularly regarding data protection and access control.Implement, document and maintain the guidelines regarding the internal access control framework and roles authorization concepts.Create and maintain up to date the protection documentation and ensure that proper risk acceptance is obtained and recorded.We are looking for someone with...
Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels;Eagerness to learn new technologies;Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management and other disciplines related to service delivery;Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;Proven resource planning and problem-solving skills;Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field or equivalent practical experience;Excellent oral and written skills in English;At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles;DevOps, Cyber Security and Agile methodologies will be an advantage;Availability for occasional business trips.What you can expect from us…
