We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. **A DAY IN THE LIFE** + Provide ongoing support for HR functions across multiple systems, with an emphasis on UKG Pro and iCIMS. + Collaborate with HR teams and subject matter experts to find creative solutions to improve processes for greater efficiency. + Setup and configuration of the environment + Improving application security measures + Handling new software installations and implementations, including testing applications and upgrades, documenting results, and troubleshooting issues. + Create specifications for customizations, and manage the testing and migration of these modifications from Development to Production **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS** + Entry Level development capabilities a plus + Entry Level knowledge of automating business processes + Proficient in Microsoft Excel + 3+ years of working knowledge of HR and TA processes + 3+ Experience with iCIMS and/or UKG Pro + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing + Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. + Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability + Strong analysis and critical thinking skills + Detail-oriented and organized + Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work well within a team + Self-starter; flexible to take on new initiatives **MAKE YOUR MOVE** We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
