Description Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy technical solutions that meet business needs. + Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to the Bank’s Home Lending System with a focus on timely resolutions. + Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal availability, reliability, and scalability. + Prepare and process code packages for deployment across multiple environments. + Manage the release lifecycle, including planning, preparing, and executing deployments. + Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process workflows and solution designs. Requirements Key Skills & Qualifications: + Strong understanding of server environments, particularly IIS and other application services. + Proven expertise in software deployment processes, version control, and release management. + High-level proficiency in file organization, data tracking, and maintaining meticulous records. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. + Hands-on experience with server log interpretation and troubleshooting. + Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. + Familiarity with Windows Servers and enterprise infrastructure. + Understanding of process automation and workflow optimization techniques. + Experience with monitoring and diagnostics tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, to accommodate scheduled releases.
