Work Location: Pune
In this role, you will:
Accountablefor Control compliance of end to end application | Utilise the forward looking view of your backlog in ITSO Bank of work(includes configuration to Jira projects)Accountablefor Service OwnershipAccountableto ensure correct and quality data is maintained within systems of record. You may also Responsible to do some of this.Accountable tofacilitate or delegate application process design, defining end to end continuous improvement processes which maintain service stability and resilience. (Example; Logging / Monitoring (end to end))Accountable tokeep Production: Safe; Secure; Resilient and Available (Circle of Collaborators are Responsible to Contribute)Responsible for driving end to end observability and will be point of contact for Adhoc Requests from multiple stakeholders and reach out to your circle of collaborators togather information to provide appropriate response.Responsible tocollaborate with Business Application Owners to identify; drive and implement key performance metrics(Examples: (others exist) Recovery Time Objective; Mean Time to Recovery; Operational Level Agreements etcResponsible toidentify and present risk factors and impact to Business Application Owners (BAO), enabling to arrive at a decision on acknowledging; accepting or rejecting Risk and any associated remedial plans.
