What You'll Do: Design, implement, and maintain CRM applications, data integrations, and reporting systems to streamline customer processes. Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, managing configuration and integration across multiple clouds including but not limited to: Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and billing tools. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Act as release manager, overseeing deployments between sandbox and production environments. Provide exceptional support and training to end-users, helping them maximize our technology investments. Remote Considered: Fully remote candidates willing and able to visit Mokena monthly (typically 3-4 days each visit). What You'll Bring: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, including configuration and management experience across multiple clouds (Revenue, Experience, Service). Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Deep expertise in Experience Cloud/Partner Portal functionality including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems. Preference for candidates who have thrived in entrepreneurial, start-up, or small-company environments, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity, flexibility, and resourcefulness. Proven experience leading or supporting complex technology rollouts. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, design elegant solutions, and clearly communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences.
