Position Summary

Support and expand Phaco installed base and drive Phaco consumables business in respective country. Work closely with sales representation to drive Phaco growth programs and provide application demonstration to differentiate and influence user preference.

Key Responsibilities:

To achieve annual Phaco target (Cash Bundling) in line with fair market share.Accountable for ALL equipment deals within own territory.Drive equipment consumables sales.Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development for Phaco equipment.Consolidate all market information in regards to equipment business.To take charge of all equipment instrument demos within own territory.To take the lead in all negotiations concerning machine and equipment deals.Provide clinical support for phacoemulsification platforms to customers.Provide independent or joint demo sessions with sales reps.Identify and convert competitor accounts to gain market shareConduct / assist sales representatives in In-Services to surgeons, nurses, and medical staffTo provide support in Operating Theater.Plan at least TWO User Meetings per year, one meeting held each half year.Other duties as instructed by Manager.

Meet equipment and consumable sales target (cash and bundling)Provide updated market intelligenceConversion of competitor’s accounts/ new accounts creationMeet or Exceed 75% for customer satisfaction score of demonstrationIndividual and team performance
