Job Summary
The position mainly serves the cheese industry and some fresh fermented milk fields, providing professional technical support and application for this field, and better supporting the business development of IFF fermentation cultures and dairy enzymesHow you will contribute and lead:
Have some expertise in nature cheese and fermented milk area. Work experience mainly need for R&D, new product development, technical service, trouble shooting for fresh fermented industry.Follow culture and Dairy enzyme business target, will response new product launch process, measure and create test data, deliver test report and push new product commercialization and success for business.Carry out day to day laboratory duties, as well as TSR(Technical service request) and TSR project work in laboratory and at customers’ premises.Plan and execute where appropriate scientific work including designing of experiments to support the technical needs of the project. Develop valuable solution as per request from customers.Develop the application know-how and solution for the use starter culture, dairy enzymes and other ingredients, products in targeted cheese and fresh fermented.Focus on technical service for Key Accounts. Establish and maintains excellent customer relationships, especially at a technical level.Complete preparation of technical presentations, project plans, technology proposals and reports for internal and external communication. Ability to execute a customer seminar independently.Liaise with team members to ensure prioritization and co-ordination of experimental work.Take many business travels to visit customers, great skill and experience to introduce product technology, demo-kits, total solution,and good communication skill to order customer projects for solution making. Also, will visit factories have technical service, training QC and production works, make trouble shooting and support pilot launch plan.Continuous improvement for start culture and Dairy enzymes application technology and knowledge, got ahead of the competition.Develop and transfer new technology through IFF global network, provide professional guidance to team members and report to team manager.What you will need to be successful:
Rich dairy technical experience in R&D or production in cheese and fresh fermented dairy area.Knowledge in cheese and product formulation experience is essential;Strong communication skills (including technical communication). Ability to communicate to clients the key technical points and have the commercial selling concept.Must be able to work independently on multiple projects and drive project move ahead. Take lead to work on the project and own the project from start to completion. Strong trouble shooting skills with the ability to analyze the problem and adjust the approach accordingly. Strong report preparation / presentation skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
