Technical Expertise
· Sound knowledge of the Food/ Pharm/ Applied Market segment.
· Sound knowledge of India and Global Regulation.
· Good in-depth practical knowledge of Sample preparation using different di gestion techniques with ICPMS, ICP-OES & MDS operation experience of a minimum of 5 years.
·Sound knowledge of Audit requirements of the specific market segment
· Resolve customer technical issues post-sale promptly and courteously
· Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and participate in customer engagement activities as required to support the growth strategy
· Close liaison with the Account Management team to work hand-in-hand on more specialised or larger opportunities requiring support from suppliers and/or our own manufacturing facilities
Pipeline and Opportunity Management
· Maintain an accurate opportunity funnel for all assigned product, including closure dates and completed sales process (stakeholders engaged, next
steps, competition etc)
· Diligently maintain a record of customer visits and interactions using the CRM
platform salesforce.com completed by the end of each week
· Responsible for achieving product line AOP for the assigned geography
