Job Summary:

A minimum of 3 years required with additional experience in corporate or government as a programmer analyst. Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in visual basic NET and C#. Has working knowledge of other programming/scripting languages such as Java, PHP, and Python. Has experience in best practices for programming techniques, in multiple programming languages. Knowledge of principles and techniques of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation and documentation. Has experience with analysis and design. Has excellent communication skill (written, verbal, presentations). Has excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills. Has the ability to resolve highly complex problems. Has experience with financial processes analysis and modification.

Education:

Associates Degree or combination of education and experience.
