As the Application supervisor you will:
●    Provide proactive field applications support to customers of core lab, molecular and tissue diagnostics; ensure our existing and new customers are supported with quality service 
●    Provide professional operation/applications training to both internal and external customers
●    Update and communicate application information regularly
●    Manage daily operation activities of applications team
●    Identify competency gaps within team members; Provide training, coaching and technical advice to other team members 
●    Lead and mentor team members, responsible for team members’ development
●    Accountable for overall team deliverable 
●    Interface with all RDHK stakeholders; collaborate with APAC, and global counterparts 

Requirements: 
●    Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or Biology
●    More than 5 years working experience in applications support or clinical laboratory
●    Team leading preferable
●    Clinical laboratory workflow and clinical analyzers
●    Knowledge of business management preferred
●    Proficient in common computer software knowledge
●    Good communication skills with internal stakeholders and external customers
