Application Support Analyst, Legal Systems

The Legal Applications Support Analyst will ensure the proper functioning of legal applications to enable associates to perform legal tasks efficiently and effectively. This individual will work with key individuals within the legal department to help identify, document, and build requirements for legal initiatives. This role requires strong technical and communication experience with receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving legal requests. Additionally, the position will provide technical support to maintain operational performance and support, as well as new technology deployments and systems integrations. A DAY IN THE LIFE Communicate technical information effectively with diverse end users/business users. Troubleshoot user issues for Legal applications Develop\Deploy enhancements on Legal applications, from out-of-the-box to custom developed, in a growing environment. Maintaining imports and integrations between products. Test changes and enhancements to deliver optimal solutions. Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes. Distinguish between break/fix incidents and enhancement requests; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Support AdHoc data requests and BI reporting with knowledge of legal systems data. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Some experience working with legal departments is a bonus Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field. 5-7 years of experience in an application support role. Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of it’s process. Experience in these applications a plus: CounselLink Docusign Hotdocs Litera myCOI Net Documents pdfDocs General understanding of SQL and relational `databases preferred and ability to navigate SQL Database for Adhoc data requests Self-motivated individuals can find innovative ways to solve recurring problems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and performing at a high level customer service. Thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment. Some travel required.
