Application Support Analyst

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an Application Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Learn off-the-shelf applications largely via self-study, both from the user's perspectives and the support team perspective
* The Application Support Analyst will work with users to resolve tiers 2 and 3 application or technical problems
* Work with users to define business requirements; Define and implement processes for these requirements
* Perform systems testing on enhancements, upgrades, or modification projects
* Prepare detailed report specifications for reports requested by users
* Write and test requested reports utilizing Crystal Reports, SQL language, or other query tools
* The Application Support Analyst will train users on application functions, features and operations
* Write or provide succinct production documentation as required
* Troubleshoot and identify root cause analysis for systems issues
