Application Support Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a 6 month contract to hire role. This role can work anywhere - CST/MST/EST hours.
Summary:
In this role, the Support Analyst will respond to an increasing pool of user requests. These will be mostly support analyst type of tasks around customer service requests, tracking, and supporting the project team in various capacity. This is a level 1 support role. There is an opportunity for this role to grow in this role into level 2/3 role, and perhaps even QA or other areas of IT/technology in future. Environment: Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel), 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, ZOOM.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Supporting internal/corporate users for Salesforce support, mostly L1 issues (i.e. sync issues)
* Working in Salesforce - managing a queue of tickets, prioritizing, following up on tickets, and closing out once complete
* Majority of issues are around syncing records between Salesforce and an internal/integrated system
* Troubleshooting issues, helping users with resolution
* Attending daily stand up meetings, and other ad hoc meetings throughout the week
