Responsibilities
Ensure coverage and support of Critical Incident Management and Problem Management Execute critical incident response procedures During active incidents, document key activities in real time and record important information Perform business analysis related to disruptions in critical production services Lead postmortems to identify root causes and prevent reoccurrences Partner with different teams to ensure implementation of corrective actions and improvements Maintain incident management policies, procedures, and documentation Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of improvementsBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems-related field, or equivalent education and training Experience in Customer service in a technical support type role Broad understanding of technology operations concepts Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of on call rotation Experience with Pager Duty, Splunk, and Jira Excellent English Communication
