Application Support Associate - Rapid Response
Overview

As an application support engineer on our Proprietary Trading Services team, you will be joining a group focusing on technical issues that arise within our trading environment. You will be working to support the firm’s core businesses, while gaining broad-based experience across multiple technologies. Your role requires quick assessment, triage, and resolutions of technical issues impacting our environment and business operations. Furthermore, our technology framework continues to expand and change, introducing top of the line, dynamic technologies. This role provides an exciting next step for anyone with previous desktop or help desk support experience.

What we're looking for
Two years of experience in an operations, systems administration, application support or related roleBachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline preferredWindows knowledge required; basic knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plusWell-developed communication, time management, and listening skills criticalProven ability to work well in a team necessaryAbility to excel in a fast paced, pressure driven environment required
