\n \n Job Description

This position will provide customer and administrative support services for a technologyproduct suite. The duties will include Testing, implementation and documenting the highlycomplex programs for escalations and change needs. This individual is expected to performa variety of tasks as required for business operational support. Also, must consistentlydemonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team setting, demonstratingflexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.

Strategy & Planning

\n\nProvide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. When necessary, coordinate with or escalate requests to other technical teams in the organization.\nThe ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressureenvironment is crucial.\nAdept at conducting research into software-related issues and products.\nMust be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.\nExcellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nExcellent listening and interpersonal skills.\nLogical and efficient.\nKeen attention to detail.\nAbility to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.\nAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.\nHighly self-motivated and directed.\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nStrong customer service orientation.\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n\n

Operational Management

\n\nResearch, document, and implement program requirements and specifications.\nRun and monitor performance tests on new and existing software for the purposes of correcting mistakes, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.\nAdminister diagnostic analysis of test results and deliver solutions to critical areas.\nDetermine, develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines.\n Liaise with company’s software and hardware organizations for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

\n

\n\n Demonstrate proficient technical background, including a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of business systems administration or analysis.\nStrong working knowledge of MS Office Tools.\nFamiliarity with Help and Document software such as JIRA and Confluence\nExperience with web-based technologies.\n\n

\n

Education & Experience:

\n\n2 years of relevant technical experience (Preferred)\nAssociates (Preferred)\nAny IT or technical certifications a strong plus\n\n

Unique Working Conditions or Physical Demands:

\n\nTravel is not required for this position.\n May be required to work some weekends to support production systems.\nMay be required to work non-standard hours for support and/or implementation
projects.\n
