Job Title: Application Support - Treasury and Tax Technology

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift : Flexible to work in US Time Zone

Role Overview: 

Application support role with a focus on Tax and Treasury applications. Candidate must be an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver, as well as an effective communicator. Highly motivated, able to multi-task, and possess a solid work ethic with commitment to task completion in a timely manner.

On a typical day you will: 

Provide level 1 support for users, basic troubleshooting of tax and treasury applicationsDaily monitoring of payments, statements and acknowledgements within Kyriba. Work with business, SWIFTNet, Boomi and Talend teams to monitor and troubleshoot file transmission errors. Monitor interfaces and file transmissions between SaaS applications, JDE GL, Treasury web applications and SharePoint. Proactive monitoring of critical applications and server availability and performance.Monitor SNOW tickets to ensure timely resolutions.Manage user access applications. Assist with user setup within Okta, download user access reports as needed. Manage user permissions to SharePoint sites.Assist in the execution of system test plans. Complete Control Self Assessments (CSAs) and Operating Test Results (OTAs) semi-yearly to support internal and external audit teams.Maintain current department documentation using versioning method for all integrations Adhoc project support as needed.

What You Will Need to be Successful: 

Two-plus years of experience working with application support, business analysis and infrastructure components and servicesPreferred experience with Kyriba, Treasury, Banking DT, Tax, OneSource Indirect Tax Determination Sabrix / Corptax / PTMS / Longview.Expertise in working with SaaS applications, cloud services (e.g., Azure), web service API’s (SOAP, RESP) and data analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI is desirable Candidate should possess exceptional customer focus skills as well as the ability to learn, understand and interpret business processesAbility to communicate effectively to technical as well as business audienceThis position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties
