Are you someone who has experience in:
To be involved in all phases of application systems analysis design development maintenance and enhancement of computer-based systemsSQL experience is none negotiableAWS experience would be a benefitLinux systems experience is none negotiableVersion control – bitbucket or GIT experiencePearl or Python experience is beneficialThe successful candidate must have worked and dealt with big dataData governance experience Qualifications: AWS certification and data certification is beneficial Customer Rewards experience is preferredKey Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries – second line support Handling data related queriesDrafting business requirements Drafting ad hoc reports Deliver against operational and cost targetsPrioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastageMonitor costs for the financial year according to the operational planAllocates and approves expenditureReview cost reports and resolves or explains variances to the budgetIdentify, control and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costsManage costs or expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver customer experience excellence aligned to Organisational values and service standardsBuild professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brandEnsure product knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service optionsEnsure resolution of customer queries and complaints timeously and ownership of issuesAnalyse customer feedback to help improve customer serviceWe can be a match if you are:
