Short Description:
Team Lead manages an Application Team and coordinates resources to manage the implementation efforts for new or modified functionality for the NJ child support application, NJKiDS, and the state disbursement and customer service center enhancements.
Complete Description:
Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus years, and 2 to 3 years project management experience.
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
Role Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in system level or technical areas. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to address several tasks concurrently while maintaining the highest level of service. Provide professional support and leadership to both internal and external team members and customers. Any experience with technical projects and software is a plus.
