Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 
• Provide support to business end user as well as project team within SAP EWM, SAP TMS (Transportation Management System), and SAP ECC 6.0 environments for all processes aligned with the EWM functional area by managing the incidents/tasks from ticketing system ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders and internal SAP teams on new processes, functionality, or break/fix of existing solutions.
• Develop requirements and specifications for development team; author test scripts and provide data needed for developer testing and business user testing.
• Perform configuration, testing, and maintenance within SAP EWM, SAP TMS, and SAP ECC modules.
• Research on SAP solutions and OSS notes for functional area
• Implement solutions as needed and/or work with Project Team, Developer, Basis teams, and user (UAT)
• Participate in projects/initiatives, if required and knowledge transfer before or after project go-live
• Consult as needed on SAP security, batch jobs (Stonebranch), interfaces, master data, etc. with users and technical resources.
• Support and adhere to existing change management, governance, and audit processes.
• Support cross-application integration requirements, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support global and regional process standards in accordance with process owners.
• Support on-call notifications, potentially during the non-working hours and weekend
• Support the zFlow application

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in SAP configuration and technology within the SAP EWM, SAP TMS, and modules with ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANAThree full project cycle SAP implementations - including configuration, testing and cutover activities to include data migration, user training and go-live supportSAP EWM experience in sales order processing, pricing/tax maintenance, invoice processing, commissions/rebate processing, and other SD related processesAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems while leveraging standard SAP as much as possible.Working knowledge of SAP security roles and user provisioningWorking knowledge of business processes/tasks for the SAP EWM, SAP TMS, and SAP ECC SD and MM functional areasAbility to develop, document and communicate policies and processesAbility to work within small to large multi-functional and multi-cultural teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at Microsoft Outlook and Office applicationsStrong organizational skills, time management skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivatedKnowledge of Zflow is a plus
