Job DescriptionAddresses and resolves basic incidents and tasks as notified via IT ticket portal or incoming helpdesk callsEngages and escalates issues to other departmental resources to resolve issues in an expedient mannerInstall and/or repair computer hardware and software, image computers based on imaging standards of facility, and run diagnostic hardware programs to detect issues of computers/laptopsInstall and/or repair peripheral devices based on needs of various departmentsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publicationsUtilize available vendor support relationships to maximize functionality and sustainability of various systems and applications
