Implements, supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Provides expert application and technical ssupport to ensure that applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained. In addition to production support, leads more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications. Lastly, leads large and complex applications efforts as well as provides support to other team members as a mentor. Highly Desired: • Epic Hospital Billing Administration & Hospital Billing Claims Certification. Experience with: • Consecutive/Medicare 3-day billing • Rural Health Billing • Critical Access Billing • Research Billing • HomeHealth Hospice Billing Knowledge in: • Working DNB Edits • System Actions • Payor/plan mapping **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** 2 years recent relevant experience **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** Expert knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies. Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure. Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration. Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
