In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development of microcellular polyurethane (MCU) products on a regional level while coordinating and interfacing globally with all relevant Cellasto regions as required. However, a Global focus will supersede a regional need as you will become part of the Cellasto Global Industries and Independent Aftermarket team reporting functionally to the Global Head of Sales and Engineering and disciplinarily to the regional Sales and Engineering Manager.
You will be responsible for maintaining project development costs on the technical side and ensure we are compensated for the work we do. You will also be responsible for managing all projects from idea inception to manufacturing and beyond. It will be your responsibility to move all projects into production and to ensure that the parts can be effectively manufactured at minimal reject levels.

Leveraging your education and experience in a scientific discipline, along with your extensive experience in customer product, application and performance requirements, you will develop products made from Cellasto Microcellular Polyurethane which is used for various NVH Solutions in industries like power sports, power tools, automotive interior.Managing all steps in the development process from specification review to launch of series production, you will oversee timeline for multiple projects simultaneously and their milestones, such as part design, sample part manufacturing, internal testing, customer evaluation, PPAP and customer approval.Successfully engaging inside and outside the organization, you will interface with customer contacts (design & release engineers) and collaborate with internal customers such as global sales and marketing, tooling, quality assurance and manufacturing personnel.Visiting and establishing professional relationships with current customers and potential new customers, you will promote Cellasto solutions and provide NVH expertise that leads to joint development projects and finally to new businessDemonstrating your well-rounded experience, you will perform additional responsibilities including product testing, tooling design and support of sales.
