Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Design and develop automation and enterprise solutions in Identity and Access Management domain for Citi Information Security services. Develop applications using Java, JavaEE, C#, Spring, data structures, algorithms, SQL and other modern technologies with high durability. Understand and convert functional requirements into technical working solutions. Provide qualitative and quantitative estimation of efforts and resources required for implementation. Work as part of a team to fix errors and see-through code coverage for tests. Write technical test cases (in code) and ensure 100% code coverage is achieved. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing applications development activities within the IT or financial industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing and developing solutions using Java, data structures and algorithms, C#, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multi-threading, Restful Web Services, Unix scripting, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, Graph QL, Apache Kafka, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Junit, OpenShift and Git; Resolving high impact problems and code vulnerabilities through in-depth evaluation of business/system processes and industry standards; Performing application programming and ensuring application design adheres to the architectural blueprint at organization level; Utilizing system design and application flow for coding, testing, debugging, and implementing solutions; and Maintaining high application availability (HA) by introducing architectural changes to existing system, adding distributed caching mechanism, and communicating via Apache Kafka, and Redis. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing applications development activities within the IT or financial industry.
